Novalee Burkett grew up in Hartville, Ohio, where she discovered the magic of storytelling early on. At just 14 years old, she began writing, and by 15, she had published her first book, The Monster Guild — a testament to her determination and passion.
A creative writing class in high school became the catalyst that transformed her childhood hobby into a lifelong pursuit. After graduating, Novalee committed herself fully to writing, getting her books into stores nationwide, both in person and online, while building a growing community of young readers and fans.
